WOMBAT 2010 CPL
WOMBAT stands for Wondrous Original Method of Basic Airmanship Testing. It is conducted each year by Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi for the admission in Ab-initio to CPL Course. Those who want to obtain commercial pilot license can apply to Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi are invited.
Eligibility
1. Must have 55% marks in Physics, English and Mathematics.
2. Must have cleared 17 years of age
Courses offered:
1. Ab-initio to CPL Course – 2 years
2. PPL to CPL Course – 1 & ½ years
Examination pattern
Exam will be based on questions from English, physics and mathematics of class 12th class. The exam is cutoff of 60% marks.
Important dates:
1. Availability of application forms: June
2. Dispatch of admit cards: 1st week of July
3. Written aptitude test: 4th week of July
4. Pilot aptitude test: 1st-2nd week of August
